I bring a genuine curiosity for how things work — and a passion for making sure others can understand them too.

My background spans a wide range of software tools, web and graphic design applications, and technical documentation frameworks, including DITA, XML, and structured authoring principles. I use these to do more than just write — I architect information: authoring, managing, packaging, and publishing content that actually serves the people who need it.

What I'm most proud of is my ability to sit with complexity and translate it into something clear, useful, and human. Whether I'm writing for a developer audience or training someone who's never opened a manual, I meet people where they are.

I thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and deadlines are real. Managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously isn't something I just tolerate — it's where I do some of my best work.
